Heading to Surat Thani

Surat Thani former name Chaiya Province is the largest of the southern provinces of Thailand, on the western shore of the Gulf of Thailand. Surat Thani means City of Good People, the title given to the city by King Vajiravudh.

A Temple in the middle of nowhere.
It always seems to rain when I get near here.
Some mornings it gets a bit scary with visibility down to 100 metres.
Getting closer to home.
